Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. To enter, complete the entry form on our website. You may also obtain an official entry form by writing to the sponsor of the sweepstakes, Weather Tight Corporation  11400 W Oklahoma Avenue , West Allis, WI 53227.  To enter by mail, mail the completed entry form to the above address, or visit the Weather Tight Corporation website at www.WeatherTightCorp.com.  All entries must be received seven (7) days prior to the drawing.
2. No purchase required for entry in the sweepstakes. All prizes will be awarded and winners notified by telephone. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutes are allowed. Weather Tight Corporation and its agents, suppliers and subcontractors assume no liability for damages, losses or injury, resulting from acceptance or use of prizes. The sweepstakes is being used to identify potential customers. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of individual winners. In the event a winner has purchased a Weather Tight Corporation product  within 365 days prior to the winner being selected, and such product is all or part of the winners prize, such winner may elect to receive the retail value of the prize in lieu of the prize. Winners may be required to address or asked to execute an affidavit of eligibility within 14 days of notification attempt. Weather Tight Corporation is not responsible for lost, misdirected, illegible, or late mail entries.
3. Winners will be selected by a random computer drawing from among all entries received and verified by telephone.  The Grand Prize winner will be chosen on January 9, 2013 from among all verified 2012 entrants.  The monthly Second Prize Drawings will be held on the 7th of each month in 2012 beginning February 7, 2012, from among all verified entries received in the previous month. 
4. The GRAND PRIZE, a WEATHER TIGHT HOME MAKEOVER, will consist of a choice of Weather Tight products listed below, not to exceed the total retail value of $25,000.  The winner may select any combination of the following products:
5.  WINDOWS  -   consist of premium white vinyl windows installed in the home. (Limit 15 double hung or slider windows).
6. SIDING - consists of premium insulated siding installed over existing siding (Limit 1500 sq feet).  
7. ROOFING  - consists of Weather Tight installing thirty- year shingles  (maximum 2,500 sq feet ) over existing shingles according to local building code. Installation on roofs over 6/12pitch or homes which require roof preparation to install to local building code will be at additional expense to homeowner.
8. ENTRY DOOR  -  consists of one fiberglass entry door installed over existing jamb with steel replacement frame, options may include standard clear glass and standard hardware.
9. GUTTER PROTECTION  - consists of gutter protection installed on your existing gutters (Maximum 200 feet).
10. Entrants will also be eligible to win one of ELEVEN monthly prizes of $ 1,000 Weather Tight Corporation gift vouchers.  These vouchers may be used to toward any new Weather Tight product order.
11. Sweepstakes open only to homeowners, 18 years of age or older, within Weather Tight Corporation’s ten (10) county market area in the state of Wisconsin.  Sweepstakes excludes Weather Tight Corporations employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and their families. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws.
12. By providing your name, telephone number and signature, you affirmatively request and expressly permit and authorize Weather Tight Corporation to contact you via telephone to discuss your interest in our home improvement products.
