"Mark made sure the aluminum wrap matched the existing windows for white was ordered when we wanted the look to stay the same so he found champagne. Very pleased. If not, the house would have looked funny, bottom windows white, top windows champange. The replacement of the french door to a slider took longer than Mark had estimated due to the uneven opening. He took his time and squared it up - putting in insulation that never existed before. He did excellent work (didn't hurry to get the job done) and even came on Saturday to finish. Thank you.

Our windows were installed on December 23rd, 2010 by Mark Phillips. In a few words, he did a fantastic job! Furthermore, his approach to the job was outstanding. He first told me what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. Further, as he discovered some things, like total lack of insulation in the old window installation, he called it to my attention. Perhaps a small thing, but appreciated by me. His caulking job was superb. (We had some windows installed by your company on January 14th, 2009 and I'm still not happy with the caulking job on those windows.) Regarding the salespeople, schedul ing of installation, etc., we have only good/excellent experiences. Again, the sales people were a lot more professional this time compared to our first experience. Because we like the product so much, it overcame some disappointments of the first project, hence our decision to get these last windows. We enjoy our windows and are particularly happy that these decisions are over, the outcome predominately positive, and they're paid for!"
