No. There is absolutely no obligation to buy anything.

Is there a charge for the consultation?
No. There is no charge.

How can we see samples of your product?
Weather Tight offers free, no obligation estimates in which experts can stop out, take measurements, and show you working samples and color swatches. They will also provide you with written warranties for your examination as well as a price quote. Otherwise, there are two Idea Centers where customers may stop in to see working samples (114th & Oklahoma; 146th & Capital).

How can I find out more about your products and options available to us?
By setting up a free, no obligation estimate, the expert will discuss your goals and make recommendations to meet your needs.

How can I receive a written quote?
Since our products are custom made to order for YOUR home, we recommend that you set up a free in home consultation. The expert will take precise measurements and provide you an accurate quotation, guaranteed for one year.

Who will need to participate in the estimate process?
All homeowners need to be present for the consultation. We also suggest that you invite anyone whose input you value, such as a friend, relative, or significant other.

How much time should we set aside for a free estimate?
Consultations will vary depending on your project and questions. We ask that you schedule your appointment on a morning, afternoon, or evening when all participants have no other plans.

Do you do repairs or just replacements?
Weather Tight is a replacement only company.

How long is the ordering process?
Depending on the product, the time from the ordering process to the installation process will vary. Since our products are custom made and ordered directly from our manufacturers, checked thoroughly before installation, and installed with our top installation crews, most processes do take a few weeks. Windows and doors generally average 6-8 weeks, siding and roofing generally average 4-6 weeks, gutters and gutter protection generally average 2-4 weeks, and attic insulation generally averages 3-7 weeks. Based on our off and on seasons, times may vary.

What is the 10 step quality assurance process?
A common customer complaint in the home improvement business is that nobody ever seems to know exactly what's going on. When are you coming? When will you be done? And how come it's costing so much more than you said?

The Weather Tight way puts those complaints to rest once and for all. We monitor every detail of your project at each and every step – and keep you promptly informed of important developments.

Plan Review-A In most cases, our project manager will come to your home to review the work to be done. He will take exact measurements, compile a list of materials, and answer any remaining questions you may have.

Confirmation-We then place your order with the manufacturer(s). When they acknowledge the order, we carefully proof their statement (twice!) to make sure every detail is correct.

Construction-With a go-ahead from Weather Tight, the manufacturer begins custom building your order and sends us an estimated completion date.

Scheduling-As soon as we hear from the factory, we'll contact you to schedule a convenient installation date – and then send you a confirmation in writing.

Factory Delivery-Upon delivery at our offices, we carefully cross-check your order and contact you to confirm the installation date.

Pre-installation Review-The big day is here! We'll call you in the morning to provide an estimated time of arrival. Before the work begins, our Crew Chief will meet with you to review the installation process and answer any questions you may have.

Installation-Throughout the process, the Crew Chief will check in periodically to find out how it's going and whether you have any more questions.

Verbal Walk-Through-When the job is complete, the Crew Chief will contact our Production Manager, who will verbally walk you through the job to make sure you're satisfied with the quality and workmanship. Any known warranty service issues are addressed, warranties and lien waivers are delivered, and all rubbish is removed from the site.
