“The reason I enjoy working at Weather Tight is because it really does feel like family. It is nice to go to a place that really does support its employees as much as they do. Plus the service they provide to their customer is so amazing I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else.”
“I love working for Weather Tight. I was at a pivotal moment in my life when I found this AMAZING company. We’re employee owned, they offer quality pay and benefits, and the environment they’ve created at Weather Tight is irreplaceable. Tod and Todd are very involved, they’ve created an amazing senior management and management team, and the opportunities here are truly endless. I’m a raving fan of my career here, and what we do at Weather Tight.”
“I love working for and with people that truly care about their employees and customers and care about doing the right thing for people. At Weather Tight, we have our “TRUSTED” Core Values. Our values are not just something that we give lip service to. We are always striving to be ethical, honest, caring, communicative, respectful, and trustworthy. I love working for a company that is always working for perfection and continues to learn and improve and grow. We care about quality, service, consistency, and attention to detail. I’m proud to be part of the Weather Tight family!”
“I have worked for a lot of contractors in the past and didn’t know what to expect when I came to Weather Tight in 2012. I was greeted with open arms and never felt like I was just another employee. Tod and Todd are fantastic leaders and helped me move from a level 1 installer to a management position. They really helped me see my worth. This company is very family oriented and caring when it comes to employees well being. I am proud to call Weather Tight my second family and I absolutely love working here.”
“Weather Tight has proven to be the best work experience I have had. I have had more opportunity and successful growth here than I could have guessed. I am heard and seen here; any problems I do encounter are tackled as a team in the service department until a solution is found. Above and beyond that I know, this employee owned company is team oriented from department to department, as well as a whole. With everyone invested and committed to success, we are continuing to see companywide growth that I am happy to be a part of.”
“Working for Weather Tight has been an incredible part of the last twelve years of my life. Starting at Weather Tight was unlike other places I have worked. Coworkers are excited to train each other – we motivate each other and help each other learn new skills. The emphasis is on teamwork and reaching a common goal instead of seniority. I have enjoyed learning new skills and helping customers reach their goals – the completion of their projects. Each day is new and exciting. One of the best things about Weather Tight is that we are a family – and now that we are employee owned, it is great to know that Weather Tight is also looking out for my future (not just profits like other companies). I am so grateful to have found this company when I did and be a part of it’s growth.”
“I have been with Weather Tight for over a decade. I started as a part time Call Center employee, and am now a department manager. The advancement opportunities are great for being a small company. Weather Tight truly cares for its employees. When personal issues arise, management and co-workers alike are quick to lend a hand or an ear. We have fun, we laugh-we genuinely like each other, which makes coming to work every day easy. We are family here, and it’s a fantastic feeling to be a part of it.”
“Weather Tight is a great place to work and the people are wonderful, caring, and passionate about what they do. This is a company where you’ll feel valued as an employee, where your needs and ideas are always taken into consideration, and your hard work is always recognized and rewarded!”
“I have worked at Weather Tight for over 5 years now, and my favorite thing about my job is I’ve never once felt like my ideas weren’t heard or listened to. While it can be hard work, as an employee owned company we all thrive to make this business run as efficiently as possible. I’ve never felt more welcome and included in a work environment and I have never felt more at home at an employer. A few other jobs I’ve worked, I was just going through the motions, but here I feel like my input and work really matters, because I can see my results making an impact on the company.”
