Now is the Time to Tackle Home Improvements

Most of us are more than ready to say goodbye to 2020. Although it was a year like no other, we’ve all learned a lot—like how to spend an epic amount of time at home.

While you’ve been working (and eating, and entertaining yourself) from home, chances are you’ve noticed a few house updates you’d like to make. If you’re waiting until the pandemic has passed to tackle home improvements, there’s no need to put it off.

At Weather Tight, we’ve implemented many COVID-19 safety measures to ensure your home improvements go safely. While you’re spending time at home for the foreseeable future, it’s actually a great opportunity to schedule a visit.

Scheduling New Home Improvement Projects

Here's why now is the time to tackle home improvement projects during COVID

Weather Tight provides an essential service to the Wisconsin community, and fortunately, we remain open during this challenging time. During the earlier months of the pandemic, most people weren’t thinking about addressing new projects, but now that winter is upon us, chances are those drafty windows and roofing concerns are weighing on your mind.

We’re ready to take on any renovation project, and our schedules are quite flexible. There’s no need to put it off—we can find a convenient time for you and your family to receive a free in-home estimate. Right now, as you’re spending more time at home, it’s a perfect time to schedule a consultation.

Weather Tight is following all CDC guidelines to ensure we keep you and our teams safe during this trying time. We are offering free in-home estimates, in which our product experts have cleared a daily temperature check, wear a mask, and remain socially distanced while meeting with you. If you feel an in-home estimate is not something you are comfortable with at this time, and you have access to a smartphone or tablet, we are able to schedule virtual estimates as well. Be sure to ask one of our friendly call center representatives how you can set up a virtual estimate and we will be happy to explain the process to you.

Our showroom is open by-appointment-only, but if you would like a more hands-on experience, we’re happy to welcome you in a safe environment. In order to comply with CDC Guidelines, we do require face masks/coverings to be worn in our showroom at this time.

Chances are, like most of us, you’re hoping to travel, visit loved ones, and make up for lost time once the pandemic has passed. Don’t clog up your summer schedule with home improvement projects you could address now!

Already Have a Home Improvement Project in the Works with Weather Tight?

For our existing and returning customers, we want to take this opportunity to reassure you that Weather Tight is taking every safety precaution necessary to protect you during your home improvement updates. Should a project require us to enter your home, we will go over all the guidelines with you. Our installers are carefully trained to follow all pandemic protocols whenever they’re interacting with our valued customers.

Over the last several months, COVID-19 pandemic guidelines have changed and evolved, and Weather Tight has been on top of the latest information throughout 2020. We were fortunate to be deemed an essential business, allowing us to continue to perform all our product replacements as promised and expected. We’ve also been able to complete warranty service requests for our customers as needed.

As we move forward to what will hopefully be the end of the pandemic, rest assured that we will continue to adhere to the state and CDC’s latest guidance. All team members follow the safety and hygiene practices throughout their work or your home. We don’t allow employees to work if they feel ill or are showing signs of any illness. We have always been and will continue to be diligent in cleaning up our worksite when our job is complete. We are now taking extra efforts to wipe down everything with disinfectant when we leave.

It’s through these small actions that we hope to convey to you how much we value your business and care for your health and safety. 2020 has been a very strange year for all of us, but we’re so glad we can move forward to a brighter future with our wonderful Wisconsin customers.
