Robert and Kenny were at our residence to install new casements on a large living room window that was installed by Weather Tight many years ago. We had all other windows in the house installed two years ago and decided we wanted all the casement trim to match. Fast forward to today. They arrived at the designated time. They came in and went right to work. We had a couple questions and they went to work to answer those questions. Plus then continued to install what they were expected to do. Soo, overall they were timely, efficient, friendly, installed casements professionally and cleaned/vacuumed up after themselves. Thank you so very much. Robert & Kenny! Kudos!

We can't say enough about Chase and Collin who installed our windows. What a team they are! They went way above and beyond what was expected during the installation process. They were pleasant, happy, answered all the questions we had, and were very neat and clean. There was a great inspection and operation at the end of installation. After dealing with home improvement centers on the installations of standard inner and outer doors that never fit properly, I decided to go the custom-made route and was glad I did. Although custom-made is more expensive, it was well worth it. From the beginning to end, I had a wonderful experience with the whole Weather Tight staff. They were professional, informative, helpful and friendly and always put the customer's needs first.
